We practice throughout the eastern United States, but primarily in Virginia state courts and in the federal courts in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of
Virginia.
The Eastern District of Virginia is famous for its "Rocket Docket," one of the fastest discovery and trial dockets in the country. Experienced in this court, we have handled over 20 cases
there just within the past few years.
The local rules of the Eastern District require litigants to be represented by at least one attorney admitted to practice in the Eastern District. Therefore, we often serve as local counsel
in federal court.
We are familiar with the Eastern District's judges and their scheduling orders and preferences, and our offices are close to the courthouse. We can do as little or as much as needed by
your counsel to ensure you are represented properly.
