Heath Rambo

 

Heath has over 25 years of broad paralegal experience including litigation, estates and ethics. He came to Mauck & Brooke after a distinguished career with the Supreme Court of Ohio, Office of Disciplinary Counsel. His job entailed reviewing, researching and reporting on grievances made against attorneys and judges. In doing so, he conducted trust account audits, interviewed witnesses, did extensive legal research and participated in dozens of disciplinary hearings and trials. He was a featured speaker at what became a highly successful Trust Account School held around the state of Ohio with hundreds of attorneys attending the programs.

 

Heath also spent 8 years working for a local law firm where he handled thousands of timeshare foreclosure and related transactions in multiple states. He began his career working for an Ohio law firm that specialized in business formation and business litigation. There he assisted in all aspects of litigation including research, witness preparation and interviews, discovery, document review and attending trials. In all of his jobs, he interacted with state and local officials and various Courts and Court personnel.

 

Heath is a man of many interests and talents, including being an excellent ping pong player and a budding pickle ball aficionado.
